On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Rutland Senior High School standout Chase de Castro’s current college team, the Mercy Mavericks, won 11-10 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Franklin Pierce Ravens.

The game took place at USA Baseball National Training Complex. This was their first matchup against the Ravens this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 4:30 p.m. at USA Baseball National Training Complex against Franklin Pierce Ravens.
