Windsor County had unemployment rate of 3.6% in 2021

Windsor County recorded an unemployment rate of 3.6% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 1,069 people out of the 57,593 living in Windsor County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Windsor County has decreased compared to the 3.8% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Windsor County was less than the statewide unemployment rate of 3.9%.

Of the 28,724 people who had a job during that time, 53 were employed in the Armed Forces and 28,671 belonged to the civilian labor force.
