The Town of Springfield, VT is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting individual to fill a custodian position for the Town Hall and Library. Desired candidate must have experience and the ability to perform cleaning duties that are performed daily, must be mechanically inclined, have the basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical work, capable of inventorying and ordering cleaning supplies and maintain the outside of the buildings as well. Position requires experience with a weed-whacker, snow blower and an understanding of job safety. Candidate must also have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
